What Do I Got?

How do I tell if my '72 K2500 is a Custom, Super Custom or a Sierra? The spid label has the following options:

Rear Window Sliding
Below Eyeline Mirror
Heavy Front Spring
Heavy Rear Spring
350 CID V 8 Engine
Power Steering
8.75-16.5 8 PR Tube
Heavy-Duty Battery
AM Push Button Radio
Full Foam Seat
Medium Red
Tinted Glass
4 Season Air Conditioning
Paint Stripe
Front Wheel Lock Hub
Turbo Hydra Matic*
8.75-16.5 8 PR High
8.75-16.5 8 PR High
Cigarette Lighter
Rear Step Bumper
Gages Ammeter, Oil,
Black Vinyl Trim

Also: What color would the paint stripe have been?

Thanks

Re: What Do I Got?

Stripe would have been either white or black, and either a custom or super custom. Not too well versed in GMC so cant tell between the two ,but if sierra or grande it would be listed as z84 sierra/cheyenne equipment or ye9 cheyenne super /sierra grande equipment.

Re: What Do I Got?

I don't see an option package listed at all. It's a base model K/2500.

Re: What Do I Got?

So I just have a plain jane custom? Did it have any exterior trim? Or can you tell by the spid?

Thanks

Re: What Do I Got?

I'm not sure if GMC called there base models custom in 72. I know previously, custom was an optional package that included some chrome trim and stuff. I could be wrong though.
