Question Seat Belt Bolt Torque?

Anyone know the torque for the lap belt blots on a '69?

yup, you dont need it terribly tight, i have swapped out my springs and bolt n little white peices, at long as its tight, and doesnt bend the u bracket so theres too much friction.
