1963 C-10 Hubcaps
Anybody have any pictures of the correct caps for that year? A source that sells them or repos would be great too!

These are k-rect for '63. No one makes reproductions that I am aware of. You just have to scrounge junkyards, swap meets, craigslist, e-bay, etc.

Re: 1963 C-10 Hubcaps
Mine are still original, so I'd have to say yes. Although it seems like maybe there were some black wheels out there--white trucks maybe?? I'm not sure. Of course, the hubcaps also came painted white instead of chrome.

Re: 1963 C-10 Hubcaps
Theres an old junk yard in northern virginia that had them. Probably still do.They had literally stacks of hubcaps and wheel covers and you could not even get to all of them to see what they were. this did not include the buses filled with them and the rows they kept inside. Maybe someone here can remember the place. I was only there once.

It actually has the 2" drop kit from CPP. I bought it from this board. Springs, shocks, control arm, rear perches. I also changed the front ball joints while I was at it. Handles pretty well. Stays in the road much better. Rides much harsher than I anticipated. I kind of wish it was lower in the front or higher in the back. For the most part, I think it helped the overall look, though. |
