63' Wheel and Hubcap Question

I am looking to put steel wheels and original chromed hubcaps on my truck. Do the original hubcaps only fit on original wheels? I have converted to five lugs and obviously have to run something different than stock. What wheels Will the hubcaps work with a five lug wheel pattern? Thanks

The center of the wheels needs those bumps for the hubcaps to fit over like the original wheels have but they make 5 lug wheels that look like the originals. Like these.
