Hello everyone, I am trying to find a rear bumper for my 71 longbed. I will also need the bumper brackets. I really would like to do it locally, (within 100 miles from San Diego) as shipping would be brutal. Not really particular to any style, but I like the 73-87 style the best, but i don't know if they will bolt right on.

Please let me know what you have! Thanks!!

Do you want one square shaped with a place for a ball? Or a sexy chrome smooth bumper with a recess for licence plate?

I will take the old ugly drop step bumper that came on the 3/4 tons (maybe more i dunno), the aftermarket style step bumper that you can get through LMC, or the sport bumper. Doesn't matter to me. Just want a bumper for cheap

RatRod, I have a bumper, but i think its a for a 75 or something like that (not sure, just know it did not fit my '67) if interested shoot me a private message, i'm in Bonita.

I got one it's still on my 70. It's black almost perfect. I can do 80 with no brackets and u have to pick it up. It's nice I just have a chrome front and I wanna do the back the same. Lemme know I live in la.

gocha, I would love to get it, but if it didn't fit your 67, it won't fit my 71.

Actually, Modesto is 6 hrs 42 minutes away from you. I am located between Sacramento and Fresno California. If you or anyone you know are heading through this way in the near future, you can have it. I'll take some pictures of it and post them this weekend.

Where in S.D. are you? I'm in Oceanside and I think I have a step bumper you can have if the scrap guy didn't get it yet, I'll look around the shop tomorrow.

Well not to steal your thread but i wouldnt mind a free bumper for the rear but not the heavy duty one hahaa..But if by july you still don't have one bro I maybe able to help you cause a bunch of friends and I are going to a camping/hunting trip in July somewhere near Ukiah,ca So if anyone is close to there I could pick the bumper up for you . Also I live In Orange county not far from Sd like maybe hour or so depending where you are. Oh and I had a heavy duty rear bumper but I junked it..Darn I wish I could of gave it to you.

yea, i am not picky. I mean, the sport bumper would look great, but a step bumper would be better than what is NOT on there now.
