It would be around $70 via Greyhound. I got a quote for 50 lbs. and 48" long, so it may be a little less. I will have to weigh it tomorrow and let you know.

It is fiberglass, and appears to be a quality piece. It is a direct replacement for a steel fender, as all the attachment points are the same.
