Saw a leather backseat out of a 90's Tahoe that actually looked like it would be a good fir in my 68, I wonder if it would. The Tahoe seats are raised on bracket looking supports. It looked soooooooooooooooo nice but they stored the heads off the engine on the leather???

It looked like it would be a perfect fit and it had a fold down arm rest, kidney supports (the way they sewed the leather) and small head rests.
