Brand Spankin NEW

This site has got some know it alls, which is exactly why i joined?
Heres what i got, 1971 blaze cst restored to original. This was basically a barn find and every nut, bolt, interior panel, seats, moldings and every thing else was restored to oem 1971, except for the wheels. My question is does anyone know definitvely what rims (package) this truck rolled with in august 1971. Iknow it was steelies (were they painted to match?) shallow or deep beauty rings? Center caps? I researched this for hours cruised a lot of car shows and cant find a definite answer. So here i am. Thanks for your response in advance

White steel wheels with hubcaps most likely.

They came with white painted steel wheels, 15x6 with 6 lugs, also had an option to have 15x5 or 15x8.25 white steel wheels. Then depending on the options taken they had wheel covers or hub caps, that would be on the SPID.

Re: Brand Spankin NEW

if it came with "on off road tires" which was most common. they would look like this. should say on glove box lid. hub caps were an option. their version of an off road tire back then was good year 7x75x15 snow tires.

Nice rig. One of my favorite colors too. More pics/specs please. As far as the wheels, white steelies w/caps, full covers or dog dish type.
