Headlight Switch

Members:
I just got my new 12v headlight switch...It looks just like the original...EXCEPT....If you look in the Manual Fig#62

Where the stop light and dome connection is...the new one has a fuse between the 2 screws?????Do I still connect the stop light and dome lamp there ?

Do you have a photo of the switch or a link to information on it.

By reading the info on the switch or seeing a photo someone might be able to give a reasonable answer.
What I would do first is take a multimeter and see how the power flow runs though the fuse. Test continuity with the fuse in and with it out. One side should have power both times and one should only get power when you have the fuse in.
