Question Rims Time :waah:

Looking to order my rims here the week coming... Ive decided on the boss 338's Black with Chrome lip finish... I know for a fact i will run 18x8s up front since i have brand new tires from a trade in car at work... But does anyone know if i can run the 20x10 in the rear without having to do anything major? If not what has to be done in order to run the 20x10 in the rear...

18x8 Super Finish Black
Bolt Pattern 5 on 5
OFFSET +2 mm
BACKSPACE 4.517
Price $160

20x10 Super Finish Black
Bolt Pattern 5 on 5
OFFSET 20 mm
BACKSPACE 6.225
Price $208

Any help would be amazing

Re: Rims Time :waah:

The 20x10 will be fine in back. But honestly I'd run a 18 in back too...just wider..you can put a fat tire on it and i think it would look a ton better.

Re: Rims Time :waah:

We put 338 18s on the front of the son's 86 Chevy SWB and 20's on the back. The ones that he purchased were a little lacking in Backspacing for the 20s, but spacers made up the difference. The issue of the front cap clearance was taken care of by using an angle grinder on the center of the front hubs to shave them down to allow clearance on the center cap clips.
