question about hydro boost!!
ok first i have a '64 c-10, and i have a hydro boost system, but i don't have a power steering pump!! my question is what power steering pump do i need?? can i use any gm pump?? i'm not sure what will work and what wont work!! i've hear you can was the stock pump,but not 100% sure! i have a chevy small block for it!!

For my hydro boost I am using a stock power steering pump. It is a rebuilt unit and it works fine.
Really (as far as I know) any GM power steering pump will work. My truck stops on a dime (I have 4 wheel disc brakes). |

Preferred one has 2 return line nipples on it. You can put a T in the return but it's not the best solution (flow limited). Or get a remote reservoir version.
