1965. I want to lower is 2 more inches, it has 4 inch lowering coils and 2 inch up front I want it to be 4/6. Would I use drop shackles...?

Drop shackle is for rear leaf springs.
Is your truck coil or leaf?

You could add a 1.5 inch block.
I would sell the 4" springs and buy the 6" springs.
No notch required.
Anything lower than 6" and you will need a c-notch.
