Inline Tube

Just wondering if anyone has had slow or no service from them?I ordered a set of brake lines at Charlotte(auto fair)Bob called me on Mon after the AF and made sure my order was correct.8 weeksand I haven't recieved them.I called last Mon. and was asked for my # and told they would check and find out. They said they were in the system.I haven't had any return call or seen my lines yet.

Any suggestions?

Re: Inline Tube

Here's a older thread but shows customer service hasn't changed; http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ht=Inline+Tube

I'd cancel the order quickly and order elsewhere, Lines likely wouldn't fit anyway....

Good Luck

Re: Inline Tube

I would have canceled and looked elsewhere after 8 days...

That said, the only order I placed with them arrived on time.

Re: Inline Tube

I have used them in the past, and most likely never will again.
The product I received in the end of ordeal was perfect, but their shipping costs and turn around is outrages.

In my case, the shipping costs almost surpassed the cost of the parts.

Re: Inline Tube

I was reluctant to order from these people but they were the only ones I could find with the spring armor that I needed in stock. I ordered it early on a Thursday because I needed them ASAP for the next week. Their web site says shipped within 24 hours. When I called them today (Tuesday), He told me that it had shipped out on Monday. He wanted to argue with me that it wasn't ordered until late Friday. and I should be getting it Friday. No apology, No explanation except I ordered them too late to be shipped last week. You can tell just by talking to anyone there that they just don't care. Their customer service SUCKS! I will never order anything from them again. I'm just glad I didn't order a whole kit from them!

Re: Inline Tube

I won't be ordering from them again...this company claims the cnc bent lines, but i'll deal with bending lines next time. only lines i've been able to match up were the axle tube lines for the rear that were NOT bent right, and the rear brake line that supplies to the rear axle. all the other lines do not fit, and i am NOT happy with their customer service. all this money spent for lines that do not match up at all. The only good thing I can say about their product is that the flares look great for machined lines. I wish i lived closer...i'd be driving in there with the box of crap they sent me and throwing it at them. they don't respond well on the phone. they keep assuring me on the phone they sent the correct lines, but the pictures tell a differant story. so i will not advise anyone to order from them. I try hard not to get upset with companies i buy from and find a positive in everything, but the only positive i can come up with at this point is that I positively will not order from them again.

Re: Inline Tube

I spent weeks trying to a quote from them, and it was a big quote: one of everything, basically. All fuel, brake, etc for my entire truck.

After two weeks, hearing nothing, I pinged them again, only to hear they were working on it. Repeat that a couple of times.

After about six weeks or two months of reminding them, I got a vague email saying they don't really have much for the Longhorn.

Really?

If it was -my- business, I would have responded within hours with a list of what I did have, what the price was, and what I didn't have that would have been to be sourced elsewhere. And I'd probably throw a 5 or 10% "bulk discount" on the quote for an incentive.

But that's me. It appears they're so busy they don't have to try anymore. I was surprised with the level of inattention, and when I started googling around it turns out I'm far from alone.
