Need a measurement from a Bestop owner
I recently picked up a Bestop for real cheap, but it didn't come with hardware. My Blazer already had snaps drilled into windshield and tailgate. I'm trying to use bows from a boat bimini top that I have laying around, so i was hoping someone could give me the measurements from their Bestop bows. Thanks in advance!

Re: Need a measurement from a Bestop owner
Just went out & measured mine.
The front & rear bows are the same measurements...legs are 31.5" tall, then the middle is 55.5" wide. Both these are measurements are to the middle of the bend. I've got some pics on my other computer but won't be back to it till Wednesday. You could go with about a 0.5" shorter on the rear legs though. Would make it alot easier to snap down but still tight enough to look good.

Re: Need a measurement from a Bestop owner
Thanks a lot for the specs. I'm going to see if I can make these boat bows work. How sturdy is the tubing used for your bows?

Re: Need a measurement from a Bestop owner
The bows are made out of 1-inch OD galvanized electrical conduit. Can pick this up at any Home Depot. Pretty cheesy, but mine have lasted over 10 years so far.
