yes bearings are good tilt has NO slack shifter and levers are pitted signal switch seems ok OH the pointer is gone but you can get that from brothers
really think it just needs cleaned up and installed

m6z yes its in drivers condition It will prob need a signal light switch the shift lever and signal light lever are pitted with some rust bearings seem good I will get you a quote in the morning
