What do you do with your used fluids?

And no, I don't mean the bodily kind....

Most places will take used oil but I'm trying to figure out the best way to dispose of old fluids such as tranny fluid and differential fluid.

Is it best to take this to a place that disposes of this stuff or can it just be dumped in a gravel driveway?

I wouldn't call myself a tree hugger, but for the love of God please don't dump used oils, or any other toxic chemicals!

Try Auto Zone. I know they take the used oil, but should also take any other fluids.

used antifreeze makes for a nice "pest control" fluid. keep away from small children, even though they may sometimes be pests.

Talking

You can dump used oil at your local Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Express.

Check with your local Fire Department, they will know where to dump them or they will take them for you.
