lol, a couple of questions, I am curious......a little interested but............

Are these for 5 or 6 lug trucks? factory for a 78? and your opinion rarer than rally wheels that year.

Plus, I am getting old. What I though would take me a few hours took 2 days. I dollied out 2 more trucks from the shop. I have one more to push over next to my long horn. Then I can empty the van and give you some much better set of pix. The van is up on jack stands, so I need to empty it before I can get pix of both sides, the driver side has that crease I told you about. Then I will also get pix of the roof and front pan, both area's that I know are important in these vans. I also came across 2 other 64-66 vans, very clean, in a barn but not for sale..........yet! lol One is short with no side doors, as far as I can tell been parked in this old dairy barn since 75, the other is a regular no window van. The roof is rusted out from about the middle back but the front pan and the floor looked good. Couldn't get to the side past the from bumber. I have a thought of if I can get it, turn it into a pick up truck like the corvairs and econoline, whoops, please excuse my bad word.

He was supposed to have chrome from my chevelle. It was for an oldmobile. He is going to restore the vans plus two either 59 or 60, I can't tell el camino's that are sitting in the ground, outside, past the rockers.............could even open the doors, they had sunk that much. After I finish getting my shop cleaned out, next is my stash up in MD. So, if you want to get my van I could bring it up to at least derwood MD, about 35 miles south of Fredrick MD.

Are these caps for 15 or 16 inch wheels?

Steve, I have always assumed these were originally on a standard half ton 5 lug truck, but then we all know what happens when u assume. I'm guessing these were a little less common than rallys, but I'm kinda basing that on today's trucks, and u dont see these all that often. No hurry on the van, whenever u get around to the pics is fine. Boy if u bring it up to MD that would be a big help. I'm working on trying to move some of my herd as well, so no rush on my end, but picked up a nice 87 swb fleet yesterday.
