A new house for my toys!

I know this has nothing to do with our trucks but i had to tell someone! I made a offer on a rental house that had been foreclosed on a few weeks ago, finally today some good new they accepted. The best news is behind said rental house is a completely secured fenced 1/3 acre lot with a 30by50 shop with a loft/bathroom/and kitchen area. The shop has its own utilites and drive. Plan is to rent house and keep the shop and land for my projects and parts.

30x50??? You suck

That's awesome. You get to make money AND have a place to work on and store your toys?

Re: A new house for my toys!

I agree, you DO suck!

Looks like you bought a shop for your shop truck huh?

For some reason that sounds backward....

Re: A new house for my toys!

Let me see if I get this right. You got a killer deal on a piece of investment property. You bought the property and got a free man cave thrown in on the deal. Yep, you suck....

Re: A new house for my toys!

Thanks everyone! i feel so lucky to have scored this place but the house and shop need tons of work. So basicly all the work on my trucks will stop untill i can get this house ready to rent. Im also kicking around the idea of starting a internet business specializing in parts for pre 1992 Chevy and Ford truck. I actually already own a Auto Wrecking and Towing company so it would just be a little spinoff of it.
