My new project

I wanted to say hi and tell you guys about my new project. It's been a couple of years since my last project, and I have been itching badly for a new project. I have always liked the looks of the 80's Chevy trucks. Moreover after owning a 80's Ford f150, I knew that I didn't want another one of those POS.

So I have been looking.... And a few days ago, I picked up a 1984 C20 Scottsdale. It's got the factory big block, c6p frame, camper package, and 4 speed trans. Also It has very little rust (mainly just in one area - lower driver's quarter panel). The truck was hit on the quarter panel, and the prior own just bondo the dent and sprayed primer on the fix. I am planning on cutting the panel and welding in a patch panel.

The truck has more than a few dings and dents, but I would rather be dealing with the dents than rust...

Enjoy the pics!

Are any of you guys in the Atlanta area?
