Unhappy having issues with my manuel clutch

hey everyone new to the site so hi to u all.
Okay the issue is i have a 69 c10 longbed step side with a 350.
I bought the truck to build after putting it back to geather i found that the push rod and bellcrank are missing and i couldnt find one so i made one but the pushrod to the clutch fork is to short could i have put the pivot ball in the wrong location? or how much would it be to switch to hydralic if any one knows

I just went out and took a pic of mine, but I'm no photographer, so I don't think my picture will help you. I'm sure there has to be someone in Reno/Sparks with a manual trans that might pop open their hood and let you take a look. Good luck to you.

The linkage also mounts to my block for a heads up.
