Blazer High Hump in truck?
Will a high hump cover from a 72 blazer work in a 68 pick up? Or are the truck floorpans different?

Re: Blazer High Hump in truck?
They are all the same 67-72. You will need both the upper and lower piece. If the 68 was originally an auto or a three on the column you will have to cut out the section of the floor pan to be replaced by the high hump.

Re: Blazer High Hump in truck?
What is this about an upper AND lower piece???
I did some searching on here about converting to high hump, and this is the first I've heard of this. Got any pics of what you're talking about? wanna make sure I get the right stuff. I'm mostly concerned if I can get the tunnel parts I need from a blazer or do they need to come from a truck? |

Re: Blazer High Hump in truck?
The high humps are all the same size for 67-72. No difference between 2wd and 4wd.
You can get away with cutting out your low hump and drilling all the bolt holes and then either weld nuts under them, or use two people to secure it. What I believe the person who mentioned getting both parts meant, was cutting out the bolt hole area surrounding the opening and welding that back in for a more factory look.
