Yea I know, it looked so sweet on that truck. I guess I should have stayed and found the owner.

I tried googling also and came up with nothing. I didnt think it was custom because it fit so perfectly on there. Gotta keep looking I guess.

Someone on the board had one not too long ago. IIRC he said it was off a 90 something silverado. But I may be way off it was a while ago.

Re: What lip is this?????

I bought this one about 12 years ago from a place in Maryville TN. It was called East Coast Customs. They are still around, but they haven't carried the spoilers for a while.

Re: What lip is this?????

Looks like the ones that used to be used on the custom vans in the 70s...flairs... Brings back memories. Not bad, especially on the blue n white 71.

Thanks for sharing.

Re: What lip is this?????

That blue & white truck is sitting on a used car lot about 10 minutes from me. I can stop by and see if I can figure out what kind it is or ask if they know anything about it. That truck has been there for a few months, they took it to Carlisle to sell but I guess they didn't find a buyer.

Man if you could do that I would more than appreciate it. If the don't know where it's from, maybe you could ask if they would part with the lip on the truck. You could make a profit on the whole deal.

Re: What lip is this?????

Stopped by there but I didn't see any manufacturers mark or logo anywhere on it. The guy at the lot had no clue what kind it was but he did say he would sell it.....along with the truck. So not much help.

No problem, I didn't mind stopping by at all. That's what us C10 brethren do for one another. Too bad it wasn't much help for ya.

Re: What lip is this?????

It looks similar to the spoiler for an El Camino SS (78-87). Who's to say you couldn't take one and make it fit?
