cowl vent seal
on a 1950. We are putting the vent back together and we don't remember if the seal is attached to the vent or to the cowl.
Any help would be appreciated!

Re: cowl vent seal
To the cowl. Use some 3M yellow, let it air dry a bit before sticking it on. If you are careful and keep the adhesive on the bottom side only you can close the vent to put pressure on the seal. Oh, and put the seal on before you install the vent. Experience is the best teacher.
