67-72 4x4 panels?
Anyone have a 67-72 4x4 panel? 3/4 ton? Is something like this desirable? Thinking about going to look at one today. Its complete but apart but the price is right. Anybodys thought?

3/4 ton 4x4 panels are scarce especially the 68, but to me they haven't caught the eye of the public as being interesting/cool enough to pull a high dollar value.
Personally I think a K20 panel is bad a..!

Probally not worth the trouble. But where did you say it was? I agree it might be high up list of the overly desired but it is up there in the rare catagory. If I was near you Id already be looking at it and if could find cash Id be buying it. Once restored it might take while but with the rarity of it you'll be more than able to get your money back.

Re: 67-72 4x4 panels?
i've been in and around 67-72s for a lot of years and parted more than my share but i've only seen one "real" 4x4 panel. it was a 68 1/2 ton and was in a bay area wrecking yard that was going out of business several years back. Bill from vintage chevy truck in fremont, ca. bought it and as far as i know he still has it. very few were built and i'm sure there aren't many survivors left. if you can swing a deal on it and have the time to do something with it, i'd say jump on it.
