I did a search, but I couldn't find much besides '68 50th Anniversary trucks. I had tons of pics on my old hard drive before the fire, but I lost them. Let's see what you got! Thanks!

Bumpety bump!

I found a few, but not too many. I had a ton of them, and I know I posted some here, but I can't too many. There is a gold and white one (not sure about the year) that I put in my on the youtube video below (at 1:57). If anybody hads the other pics of that truck, I'd love to have them again. TIA!

LOL haha i like the 67s 68s the best.. some poeple believe that i hate 69 72 but thats not true the whole suspension and frame is from a 72 on my truck...

Nice, Rene! I haven't seen that one before! I've been away from the board awhile, but I've found a med gold '70 SWB that I'm acquiring this week, and I was looking for different schemes. The one I'm getting is gold with a white top and has upper and lower trim (like the one above with the camper shell). I think with both the lower and upper trim, that it needs more white.

Thanks, I was really tempted to paint the bottom under the molding white and give it the shop truck treatment, luckily someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse and saved me from myself.

i used to have a bunch of gold truck photos but lost them in the massive hard drive implosion.
Those are some pretty good looking rigs, whenever I see a good looking gold truck I think of going back to gold on my one ton, originally gold with a white roof.

Beautiful truck! I'm really liking the white on the bottom. I normally prefer the white in the center on red, orange, blue, green, and black trucks, but I think I might like on the bottom feeling on the gold trucks. Of course, when I look at cwgreen1971's truck, I like it in the center too.

After building 20+ of them over the years and dragging home 150+ of them I was ready for a change. I can house about 22 under roof and when there was no room for anything else it was time for a change. I really wanted to do some "older" stuff and just could not justify spending more money so the collection got thinned out. Its all good....working on the 31 Ford, 54 Chevy 5 window and my grandfathers 52 plymouth now. We have also had LOTS of fun taking all the remaining parts and building 3 friends "spare parts trucks". All 3 of the builds are here on the board.

Well, I posted thread before I unveiled my new truck, but this is why I was asking. I'm going to stick with gold since you don't see too many that are this color, and I like it. I just think it needs more white on it!
