Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

Got a set of 15x8 Chevy Trck Rally Wheels that I need new trim rings for. Couple questions:

Since I bought the project without any to start, what size (width) trim rings originally came on these wheels?

Where can I find new/Reproduction ones?

Thanks in advance

Re: Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

with the 8 inch rim or wider you will want the 3 inch rings

Re: Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

I just bought a set of new rings for my truck. Will have a complete set of 3" rings coming off that you could have if you want.

They aren't very pretty. Plenty of nicks and curb rash to go around, but they look good rolling. The only thing they would cost you is the gas to come get them.

I can put them in the trunk and carry them to work in Charlotte anytime if you decide you need them.

Re: Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

Quick google search turned up Rocky Mountain Wheel company with a set of 4 for $67.97

*Note - I have no experience with this company, I bought my set from here on the board.

Re: Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

i bought the cheap ones at first and they would not even stay on the rims, i only installed one ring and decided not to use them. bought a better quality set and they fit great. but i dont know the brand. i got them at a swap meet from the vender who only sells trim rings and hubcaps.

Re: Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

I have a set I bought from LMC, new and had them on my truck in my build thread. I'll take $50 for them + the ride or best offer.

They are the 3" type like normally come on the 8" Corvette rallys. I like the look of them better, they're more squared off at the edge rather than the original rolled edge type that came on the Truck rallys.

The rings are the same ones on the truck you see in the pics. I just don't need them anymore. They sat on the truck in the garage for about 3 months and I decided to go with larger wheels / tires.

Lmk. Thanks.

Re: Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

Why not try the no ring look? Finish the wheels and put on some nice centers and go.
I like the looks of rallys with no rings.

Re: Rally Wheel Trim Rings?

before dropping that kind of money... walk through the local junk yards. I have some 2 inch rings, OEM off a GM mini van on my truck rallys on the burb. They stay on, they polished up awesome, and they were cheaper than dirt cheap.
