Swapping from Big Block to Small Block. What's required?

Hey guys I'm looking to buy a 4x4 with a big block in it. I have a 2wd with a small block in it. Both engines are complete. Running. Etc.

I want to do an exact swap of the engines. Small block in the 4x4. Big block in the 2wd.

How hard would it be to accomplish this?

Any write ups? Thanks guys!

Yeah I want to keep the transmissions in place and only remove the engines. They should both bolt right up as far as I know.

It should only be a matter of switching motor mounts basically right?

Don't need to swap motor mounts. If the small block came from a car, then you will need to swap the "clamshells' or the part that bolts to the block. Other than that, pretty much a bolt in. Power steering pump will need to be changed, maybe a line, depending on what years the motor and truck are.
