Re-installing heater help 70c10

This is a simple question, but has anyone bought a gasket kit for the heater only cab?

1. I have two square grommets that I'm not sure if they go on the ends of the heater core copper hoses. Thinking they fill in the gap between the copper hose and the actual heater box under the hood.

2. The foam gasket for the box to the firewall under the hood, does that require an RTV or simple weather strip gasketing? The foam gasket doesn't look very weather sensitive, but I also don't want to make a mess with gasket material.

I know the blower to the heater box requires a high heat gasket. Any help from success stories would be awesome.

The two square grommets do go on the "pipes" coming out of the heater core to take up some of the gap between it and the heater box. I just used a small amount of black RTV on the firewall gasket to get it to stick to the heater box during installation. All has been holding up fine.

Appreciate the help. The kit on the website I purchased it from doesn't give you a where to like LMC. Thanks again.
