regular 87&up vs. vortec heads

Will an intake manifold made for 87 and up heads work with Vortec heads? I want to run some sort of EFI (TPI preferrably) and want to know how to match it all up.

Nope. The port mis-match is the same as 87 and older heads vs the vortecs. Bolts are in the wrong place and theres too many of them compared to vortecs. So to some it up, theres really no difference in 87+ heads vs vortecs and 87 and older heads vs vortecs

ps. GM sells a vortec TBI and TPI intake.

I may know where to get a stock TPI Intake, if you're interested (off of an 88 IROC-Z 350cid Camaro)

Thanks Tom! Sounds like I'll need to find my intake before my heads.
I appreciate the offer Tom, but I'd rather not piece together a TPI setup, that can get expensive. I'll keep my eye out for a complete system.
