correct GM 350 Hardware search

I am in the process of rebuilding my original '71 350 and I am having a hard time locating the correct engine hardware. The previous owner installed all Allen head bolts throughout the motor. I would like buy new and not have to go scrounging through a junk yard if possible. Any suggestions?
To stay original, is the hardware supposed to be painted orange with the block or left bare metal? I appreciate any input.
Thanks,
Nick
