I believe those are called stud girders. Reinforce/strengthen the studs where the rockers are attatched.

yea me and steve (my son) are waiting for some brackets from summit to day ,,,next day ship ...so we can drop it in ... have a ton of header work to do once its in ...yes will take sound clips of the beast....my new camera takes movies with sound,,, should be cool.....mark
