Please post pictures of black grilles/bezels. Whether all black or just a part of it black. I'm debating doing it to my 88, but I'm not sure if I want to do the entire thing. Thanks, Bradley

82 stock grill and chevy emblem painted black with 3/4in chrome side molding across the center to break up the black. Total cost $20.00

Did mine 3 years ago. I need to touch it up a bit though since it's got a few scrapes and chips in it.

That really improves tha look of a 81/82 grill..i'm have to do something like that..

Thanks, I'm not crazy about stock grills but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. And it helps that my truck is black too.

Sorry I'm having trouble getting mine to load like I want... Anyway I have a black grille in my 79 and I'm working on a custom black grille that I hope to have done tomorrow and hopefuly I will be able to post pics by then!!!

scuffed it with a red scotch brite, primed it, then painted it while i was painting my doors.

Here is mine, not a factory grille but it is black and so is the trim around it.
