Re: Laying frame exhaust help....
couple ideas..
fender well headers just route the exhaust through the fender well and then behind the rocker... seems like you should be able to punch a hole in the frame rail, and run the exhaust through there, I would box and plate the section w/ the hole though...

Re: Laying frame exhaust help....
I was going to run shorty headers then turn out behind control arms but I ended up going with full length headers and through the crossmember then out the side of the frame.. My front crossmember is about that low but the back limits me with the stock floor.

Re: Laying frame exhaust help....
Any competent muffler shop should be able to route it anyway you want.

Re: Laying frame exhaust help....
you guys have it easy. I have to figure out how to route 4" diesel exhaust down the passenger side, and dump it as far away from the cab as possible.

I've done a couple ISB conversions and routing the downpipe from the turbine is not too bad since it is on the passenger side of the block. One we did as a stack through the bed and the other was routed on the outside of the frame rail, exiting in front of the passenger rear tire. The Cummins exhaust is a lot simpler than the PS and Duramax conversions.
