Tilt Column
I just picked up a tilt colum from a chevy van - the ones without the key in the column (maybe a 75 or so...) - and looking to install this in my 68 custom cab. Will this require an intermediate shaft? I considered leaving the stock steering column, but never did like how these felt too close to the driver - which meant I was going to shorten the shaft....so, if I gotta work on it anyway, it might as well be tilt, right? Any help you can offer on this would be greatly appreciated...

There are tons of write ups on here about installing a van tilt in a truck, try the search and see what ya come up with.
