need another front end torque spec

I'm installing ball joints, both upper and lower, on my '69 half ton. The uppers are in and I'm going to install the lowers tomorrow, parts store had to order them. To separate the lower ball joints from the spindle I removed the arm that the outer tie rod attaches to to make it easier on myself. What should the bolts that hold that arm to the spindle be torqued to?
