Re: 1966 Chevy C10
Here she is as she sits now. Nothing has been done other than cleaning out a little pack rat scraps, I got pretty lucky considering they didnt get to any of the wireing, lord knows how much i hate wireing!

Excellent! So I am assuming you completed the trip without incident? What are your plans. And welcome to the forum.

Re: 1966 Chevy C10
Ya we left at 6 this morning to go pick it up. were going to stay the night so the wife can spend some time with her parents. Little stressed to drive it back tomorrow considering the heat index is supposed to hit 107 so i plan on leaving around 4 am to give her a cool breeze.
well i know i wont have to really touch the engine for now, seems to be in tip top shape had a rebuild at 57k has about 4k on the rebuild, no knocks hiss nothing, and i plan on keeping it in there and going on Clifford Perfomance and doing a little beef work >:]. little rust to take care of nothing major. wood bed will need replaced. i want to keep it as original as possible. oh and for sure need disc breaks in the front haha. |

Re: 1966 Chevy C10
Had to drivE out to Beloit ks. From overland park ks. It was a fun drive but after cleaning out all the pack rat **** went to turn it over and found out the father inlaw wasn't starting it so battery is done with easy fix just annoying haha. Also while cleaning the cab floor found a small hole right by the seat bracket.
