Front wheel centerline
I was wondering if there was a good point to measure from on the frame to mark the center line for the front wheels so that they are centered in the wheel opening when aired out. Looking for the point to meausre from and how much to measure. Thanks.

Re: Front wheel centerline
Would be nice to have a known good number from a fixed/common reference point. I bet Nate Porter will have the answer (ask in the suspension forum). I can tell you this; its roughly and inch forward of stock. Maybe 1.5". The dropmember moves it forward to center the wheels in the arches.

Thanks for the tip, got it posted over there so hopefully someone comes up with something.

Re: Front wheel centerline
Front end centerline is easy to get wrong and is sometimes not entirely correct. Many trucks aren't centered at all from the factory. Here is how I do it. It only takes a small change in position to have a large affect on the centering of the front wheel. You can chase it around, or better, tape it and stand back and take a look. I always hang the fenders on before putting beads on a crossmember:
