Blazer rims

Have six 15x6 6 lug for four wheel drive. 3 have 4" back spacing (original Blazer?) and the other 3 have 3 1/2". Some rust but no serious pitting. Should clean up nice!
$100 plus shipping

Re: Blazer rims

I'm interested depending on how much shipping would be to Ventura CA,93003. Also do those rims fit the disk brake Blazers or are they for the drum brake models? I know it has to do with the ofset.

Re: Blazer rims

All of the Blazers and Jimmys I've parted out were '71 and '72s, so they all were equipped with disc brakes. I would imagine that any clearance issues involved the caliper hitting the inside of the rim.

Re: Blazer rims

I'm interested, if they are still available.
Just need to verify my backspacing.
Can you advise shipping costs to 03087?
Thanks

Re: Blazer rims

My spare measures 3.5" backspace as measured from the mounting pad to the back outer edge of the rim.
Now i'm not sure if my spare is correct or not.
I'll have to mount the wheel on the truck and look for any inerference.

Can anyone weigh in with what the correct backspace for a 1972 Blazer w/ 4WD should be?
Thanks,
Tony

Re: Blazer rims

Went back and re-measured. Three are 3.5", not 4.5". Other three are 4", not 4.125", seems I measured from the recess around the lug holes rather the highest point that contacts the drum or rotor.

(measure twice, speak once...DOH!)

Re: Blazer rims

Could you get close up pics of the 3 with 4" back spacing, front, back and inside of valve stem hole? Is the any pitting on the faces? I had 5 wheels, but after blasting them I ended up with only 3 good ones. One had a large piece come out the back and I didn't trust it, the other was rusted out at the valve stem. Also price with shipping. Thanks

Re: Blazer rims

These have surface rust with minimal pitting. Holes for valve stems look great. Have a few dents that may need to be taken out, but overall not too bad.
Shipped some to NH recently and they were $17 ea. via usps, so figure $20 or so to you. How's $100 shipped?

Re: Blazer rims

Thank you, since they are dented and pitted I'll have to pass. I need some decent wheels to clean up and coat, to match my others. I don't want any pitting in the face.
