can i run a traction bar with a flip kit?

if not, how well do HD shocks eliminate wheel hop?

Yes on the flip. And wheelhop depends on leaf count.

No there nothing you can do to the shock to stop wheel hop.

Caltracs would be your best bet. If you have the ability and tools, you can make your own cheaper. There are plans floating around the net.

this is my plan, im trying to offset the cost of a welder by building my own parts
