Thumbs up 71 SWB Frame FS $400

I have a '71 SWB frame in my storage unit that I need to sell, $400.00.

- It has bolt-in, c-notches installed.

- Powdercoat black, but there are scratches and scrapes to the finish.

- Rear Shock mount brackets were removed (but included), but I suppose you'd need shock relocators anyway.

- Last crossmember where taillight harness attaches is removed (but included).

- Exhaust cut-outs through the trailing arm crossmember.

This is local pick-up, I will not ship. You'll need a trailer or at the very least a longbed truck.

An "I'll take it" or "I'll take it pending pics" will get you a place in line, questions and comments won't.

Please reply in thread.

I will try to post pics on Tuesday when I head down to my storage unit.

Thanx Dano

****Correction to original post; the c-notches are "bolt-in" not "welded"****

Here's some pics, let me know if you want a certain part of the frame photographed. Frame is really dusty, not rusty.

No on the tweaks or bends, but I did find a hole that looks like it was made by a torch, I can post a pic later. Horns look good, but the front horn tips have a little surface rust as shown in the pics, I don't know why the po didn't powdercoat the tips. Sorry no 5 lug rear ends.

I really wanted to keep this one for me, but my '70 project is all I can handle.
I'd rather someone put it to use, then have it sitting in my storage unit.

Dano

Here's a pic of the torched hole. It's right in front of the front crossmember. I don't know what that hole is used for.

Re: 71 SWB Frame FS $400

I think it is the mounting hole for the front bumper bracket (need to check my truck). Passenger side, correct?

Re: 71 SWB Frame FS $400

If budnikguy does not take it, then I'm going to keep this one to build off. All of the hard work has been done. I don't feel like starting all over with another frame, cleaning and painting. Just waitin' on budnikguy's word.
Thank You
Dano
