selling a vehicle in Pigeon Forge
Does anyone know of some good high visability spots on the strip in Pigeon Forge (not motels) that the owners don't mind cars for sale parked in for the Grand Run?

Re: selling a vehicle in Pigeon Forge
I'll give you a small tip that alot of people don't know. From the curb to the light poles is the state right of way, not private property. As long as you park somewhere in front of the light poles, you're on state property and business owner's can't legally make you move.
A good spot to try to get, though, is the t-shirt shop next to Taco Bell. There's a small "island" to the side where you can park perpindicular to the road. It's technically not a parking spot, but there's always someone there. I've parked there several times when I was lucky enough to save the spot. Being able to get the whole side of the vehicle open to passersby really helps grab their attention. I usually park just up the street at the First Baptist Church if you or anyone else wants to try and look me up.

Sounds good. I'm coming and sharing a rental with some friends, but don't know exact location. I'll try to look up any members I can. How 'bout a "FLASH MOB" one afternoon or evening?

Re: selling a vehicle in Pigeon Forge
I've pre-registered to enter my truck in the Shades of The Past, but I should be hanging out on the strip in the evenings. I'll probably just find a spot to park in front of the church during the Grand.
Some how, though, my plans always get interupted and I almost always seem to miss board members when they come to the rodruns. I guess cuz it's just so crowded and so much to do in such little time.
