67 Brake light switch

Where the heck is the brake light switch on my 67. I looked for it on the pedal but didn't see anything. My brake lights are staying every once in a while. Anyone have a picture they could post. Thanks

Re: 67 Brake light switch

It should be up under the dash and actuated by the brake pedal lever. It's really near the column so if you aren't laying in the most uncomfortable position on your back with your feet hanging over the back of the seat and your knees folded to your stomach, you may not see it.You'll probably have to have your head at an angle that nearly breaks your neck, and resting on the brake clutch pedal or pressing it down to get in position.

It is way up there, just under the dash.
