Just wondering if they had to be exactly bent as the factory or could they be different?

They can be different, also which area on the truck are you referring to? from Master/proportioning to T fitting, cross member, to rear of truck etc.?

As of right now im looking at just everything in the front of the truck. I'm going to try to copy them best as possible but might change it up if I can.

I did mine in SS. Use a few wire hangers to get the shape you want. It is alot of work if you do not have the experience but the results can be great. The route can be different.

I bent and flared my own, and in the process I re-routed them away from all the heat sources.

If you add headers they tend to be too close to the brake lines. They can boil your brake fluid

Exactly! Heat kills brakes! I really don't like the way the rear line comes up the pass side to where it goes over to the front crossmember. Way too close.
