Long Bed Fleetside Bed Frame bracket question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I dont remember why I had to remove these brackets but I am speaking about the third ones back from the cab, they are not as high as the front two. Looking to mount them before painting the frame and there are two sets of holes that the brackets could line up on.

So my question is do they go on the front holes or the rear, my bed is not here for me to measure.

the centerline of the holes on the 3rd set of brackets on my frame (and corresponding bedside holes) is 24" from the hole CL on the first set.
