Re: worked on the 67 ALL DAY !
I hear ya. I've been under my 70 & 83 (mostly) all day doing tranny swaps. I feel like my arms have been beat with a ball bat! But I am happy. Truck days are always good!

Re: worked on the 67 ALL DAY !
been doing bodywork all day on my 67. It's been too hot for me to work on it the last few weeks so it was a great day, more of the same tomorrow, hopefully start laying some paint this week after work. I can't wait to get ths thing back on the road. 4cyl s10 isn't cutting it.

Re: worked on the 67 ALL DAY !
I spent most of the day on my truck too. Of course only about 2-3 hours was actually working on the truck. The rest of the day was spent making a parts run, tool run then back to the store for the parts that actually fit!

Re: worked on the 67 ALL DAY !
I worked on my truck for about 5 hours today. Got the new motor in place, almost got to fire it up for the first time but the rain did not let that happen.

I love that truck. I'd like to see it up close some day. I know it makes them happy when you give them good treatment.

Re: worked on the 67 ALL DAY !
Will you be at the same motel? Maybe I'll get a chance to actually stop in and chat this time instead of just cruising by and waving. I'm looking forward to seeing the truck in person!
Are you coming for the Shades or the Grand? Speaking of cleaning, I need to get started cleaning and detailing mine. Sept. will be for here before I know it.
