Door Hanging Tips

So I took the doors off of my 66 C20 for sanding and painting and I'm now ready to hang them again. Anyone out there have any good tips for the best way to hang and realign the doors?

Re: Door Hanging Tips

I am no pro for sure, but I used some masking tape on the places where I was rubbing the bottom of the door on the rocker panel. Put tape where you suspect you are binding and close the door a few times and check if it is roughed up.

Also, make sure you mark your starting point by scribing around the hinge lightly. This will help you determine how much you are adjusting and where. This is a pretty impossible job by yourself. Make sure you have a helper for this one.

I am looking forward to hearing some additional tips on this. I know I have this job in my future a few times more.
