interior colors
Are black interiors rare in the 80-87 trucks? I seem to find mostly red.

don't recall seeing too many black interiors either. Mostly tan, blue, red...
mine was a dark saddle brown. I have yet to see another the same color...

There was a charcoal available but I have never seen an actual black.
P.S. I had dark brown in my 84' Moostifier. I didn't realize how lucky I was at the time to have a perfect DRK Brown interior. Here is the only pic I have of it.  By claypool782 at 2010-05-18 |

Yep,Thats a nice square. Great interior baclay9.I'd like to do the inside of my 81 black.I'm doing the outside silver/lt gray with wide black stripes on the hood and tail gate.This truck is for my grandaugter.Might end up doing it in grey.

I'll be, another truck with dark brown! I had a hard time deciding to change mine to black/gray.
funny thing is... most of the aftermarket replacement parts are only offered in black.

You should have seen how happy the custom truck shop was to get rid of that Chocolate brown bucket seat with the fold down center console. LOL They had had it for like 5 years. They sold it to me for half price.

I have a black '81 Chevy Silverado longbox with the stock black interior in it.
