Holley Street Avenger?

My 86 SWB is stock and the q-jet keeps flooding the engine even though its been rebuilt 3 times. I'm getting tired of screwing with it and was thinking of putting on a 570cfm holley street avenger. Is this a direct bolt on? Will I need to change the intake? Will all my vacuum lines plug in somewhere? I have a computer controlled q-jet, will it hurt anything just leaving the connectors to it unplugged? Any help is appreciated.
