91 doors on a 78???

Will the doors off of a 91 fit a 78? Body lines match? I want to get rid of the vent windows. Thanks!!

not unles it is a 91 Blazer or suburban which have your same doors. there is no hope for ridding yourself o f the vent windows . it's been discussed many times. tired of them whistling ?. try buying a set of vent visors. DAVE

Can somone tell me if the early model 3+3 cabs had vent windows or not? And when did they make the change?

Dan, i am not sure what you mean by change. the 3+3's stayed like our body style through 91 like the blazers & burbs.

I guess what I was asking was the (rear doors) 0n 3+3 cab have window vents and when did the rear door window vent go away?

Doors 73-87 on trucks are a bolt on. Burbs, Blazer, crews through 91.
Now ther are not identical. the exterrior is but there were a couple changes to the way the door pannels attached.
73to about 77 used the shorty door pannel. Then there was a change to about 81 that used a longer door pannel. 81 up till the end was the same.
