Re: wanted 62-66 hood chevy truck

I am going to look at a truck tomorrow that I will likely be picking up for parts. Supposed to have an excellent hood, IF I buy the truck and IF the hood is as good as he says it is I would be happy to make you a deal on it. My current hood is fine. I am about a 5 hour drive from Dallas area.......

I have one for a 64 that I will be getting rid of real soon. Shoot me your email and I can get you some pictures. I'm not sure what they go for but this ones in good shape. I'll look around to see of what the average price on them is. I'm ok with whatever's fair

USbody source would have a fiberglass cowl hood if you looking for that, but it isnt cheap and tons of work will need to be done to get it nice.

Re: wanted 62-66 hood chevy truck

If your leads fail then try americanhotrodz.com and call them. I saw a few old 60-66 trucks in their salvage yard with some good hoods. They're south of Temple in Belton.
